DoorDash refuses to provide refund. I placed my first order with DoorDash last night. Three of the items I ordered were not delivered. All three were the same type of dessert. I have a copy of the order pickup receipt showing they were not included in the order that was picked up. However, I was charged over $25 for the items by DoorDash. We can’t mark an order as delivered unless we’re within a certain distance of the destination. Anything else is between the customer and DD support. The driver has no refund authority and has no business asking for refunds on behalf of the customer..
